arbitration award is in his favour and the same
attained finality.
2. The award was not satisfied, the decree
holder filed the execution petition,
ARB.E.P.No.203 of 2020 in A.C.No.91 of 2018.
In the said case, the III Additional District Judge,
Kakinada, has passed the order dated
09.02.2026 under Order XXI Rules 37, 38 and
Section 55 C.P.C, for issuance of warrant against
the judgment debtor No.2, fixing the date
09.03.2026. Challenging the said order, the
present C.R.P under Section115 C.P.C has been
filed by the judgment debtor No.2.
