The Criminal Revision Case under Sections 397 and 401 of Code of
Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short ‘Cr.P.C’) has been filed by the Petitioner /
De facto complainant, impugning the judgment dated 27.11.2018 passed in
Crl.A.No.106 of 2016 on the file of the Court of VII Additional District and
Sessions Judge, Prakasam District at Ongole, reversing the judgment dated
20.05.2016 passed in C.C.No.14 of 2015 by the learned II Additional Judicial
First Class Magistrate, Ongole for the offences under Sections 448, 509 and
325 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short ‘IPC’)
2. I.A.No.1 of 2026 is filed by the Petitioner / De facto complainant seeking
permission to record the compromise the matter with the Respondent No.2 /
Accused by allowing the present Criminal Revision Case.
