Vertices Partners has advised Prayaan Capital, a Non‑Banking Financial Company–Investment and Credit Company registered with the Reserve Bank of India, on its INR 110 crore Series A fundraise round led by Peak XV Partners. Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas has advised Peak XV Partners on this transaction.
The investment was made through a share subscription agreement and a shareholders’ agreement.
Prayaan Capital is positioned as a technology‑enabled MSME lender, focused on bridging the credit gap for micro, small, and medium enterprises across India.
