1. Present writ petition has been filed challenging order dated

14.08.2025, issued by Sub Division Officer, Sangwara, District

Dungarpur, whereby land of khasra No. 1307/1 has been set apart

for the purpose of construction of hostel under ‘Janjatiya Gram

Uttkarsh Abhiyan’.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the land

sought to be allotted is not suitable for construction of hostel.

3. This Court is not inclined to exercise its limited jurisdiction of

judicial review under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. At

this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw

present writ petition with liberty to approach respondent authority

by way of making appropriate representation.

4. The present writ petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.

5. It will be open for petitioner to make a fresh representation

before respondent No. 2, who shall decide the representation, if so

submitted, strictly in accordance with law.

6. It is made clear that present order shall not be construed as

directing the respondent authority to decide the representation of

petitioner in any particular manner, but the same shall be decided

strictly in accordance with law.

7. Stay application and all other pending applications, if any,

also stand dismissed.
