3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner in course of his argument
while interpreting Section 6 and 15 of the Juvenile Justice Act relied
upon the judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the case of
Hansraj vs. State of Uttar Pradesh decided in Writ Petition (Crl.)
No.340 of 2025 vide judgment dated 09.10.2025 as well as in
Thirumoorthy vs. State Represented by the Inspector of Police in
SLP (Crl.) Nos. 1936 of 2023 decided by judgment dated
22.03.2024. Copies of both the judgments be served on the learned
counsel for the State in Court today.
