About the Opportunity
KAnalysis Consultant Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its IP practice and looking for a Global Trademark Manager to join their growing team in Delhi (Sultanpur – On-site).
Eligibility
- LL.B / LL.M (IP specialization preferred)
- 5–6 years of trademark prosecution & portfolio management experience
- Strong drafting and client-handling skills
- Exposure to international filings (Madrid filings preferred)
Responsibilities
- Manage global trademark portfolios
- Handle domestic & international filings
- Draft responses to examination reports & oppositions
- Conduct trademark searches & clearance opinions
- Coordinate with foreign associates for global filings
- Manage renewals, assignments & recordals
- Advise clients on brand protection strategies
