INTRODUCTION:
1. The present Petitions have been filed challenging the order dated
10.05.2016 (“Impugned Order”) passed by Respondent No. 1 in
Rectification Application bearing No. ORA/30/2013/TM/DEL filed by
Respondent No. 2 in W.P.(C)-IPD 66/2021 and Rectification Application
bearing No. ORA/31/2013/TM/DEL filed by Respondent No. 2 in
W.P.(C)-IPD 69/2021 (“Rectification Applications”) directing the
Registrar of Trade Marks at Delhi (“Registrar”) to cancel and remove the
Mark ‘THUKRAL’ under Registration No. 1223066 in Class 21 from the
Trade Marks Register.
