About Vidhutsav 2026

Vidhutsav is recognized as India’s largest academic law fest and serves as a platform for students across the country and abroad to engage in intellectually rigorous competitions. The III Edition of Vidhutsav will be held from 10th–12th April 2026 (Offline Rounds), with Preliminary Online rounds scheduled for 21st  March 2026.

About the Competition

The III International Competition on Negotiating Transactional Documents, 2026 is a unique corporate law competition designed to simulate real-world commercial negotiations.

Participants will:

– Negotiate commercial transactional documents

– Engage in structured negotiation rounds

The competition aims to provide students with practical exposure to corporate practice, particularly in contract drafting and negotiation.

Eligibility

The competition is open to undergraduate and postgraduate law students enrolled in recognized institutions in India and abroad.

Participants may register in teams as per the rules mentioned in the brochure.

Competition Format

The Competition will be conducted in two stages:

1. Online Rounds (21st March 2026):

Preliminary negotiation and drafting rounds conducted virtually.

2. Offline Rounds (10th–12th April 2026):

Advanced negotiation rounds to be conducted at the UPES campus, Dehradun.

Registration Details

The previous registration deadline of 2nd March 2026 has been extended to 5th March 2026.
