2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in
connection with Madhwapur P.S. Case No. 03 of 2023 for the
offence under sections 448, 341, 323, 354, 379, 427, 504, 506
and 34 of the Indian Penal Code (later, after investigation,
section 307 of the IPC was also added) lodged on 04.01.2023 by
the informant, Neelam Devi.
