Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and
learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in
connection with Barahiya P.S. Case No.68 of 2007, F.I.R dated
29.03.2007 registered for the offences punishable under
Sections 452, 341, 323, 307 and 380/34 of the Indian Penal
Code.
3. According to prosecution case, the informant,
Krishna Baldev Singh of Barahiya Tola Dhanraj, who runs an
STD booth-cum-electric decoration shop, returned home on
29.03.2007 after voting and found his wife and daughter injured.

His daughter stated that due to a land dispute, the named
accused persons assaulted them with fists, kicks, and lathis,
forcibly entered the house by breaking the lock, and looted
Rs.10,000 and gold earrings worth about Rs.7,500. It is alleged
that the accused committed the assault and theft with an
intention to kill his wife and daughter.
