reliefs:-
“25(a) Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to admit and allow this
petition.
(b) To issue a writ of mandamus or a writ in the nature of mandamus or
any other appropriate writ, order or direction, quashing and setting aside
the order dated 1.09.2024 passed by Collector, Morbi bearing No.J/MAG-
2/ETA Case/Reg.No.1/2023 (Annexure-U) granting permission to
respondent Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation Ltd. under Sec.16(1)
of the Indian Telegraph Act, 1885 and further be pleased to hold and
declare that respondent nos.2 & 3 have no right to erect electricity
transmission lines from agricultural lands of petitioners of village
Mesariya and Adepar, Taluka Wankaner, District Morbi and direct the
respondent nos.2 & 3 to erect the electricity transmission line/towers as per
alternative route proposed by petitioners for the reasons stated in the
Memo of Petition and in the interest of justice.
