The Police Inspector of Rajajinagar Police Station

has submitted charge sheet against accused No.1 to 7

and 9 to 12 for the offences punishable u/s 143, 144,

146, 148, 504, 323, 307 r/w 149 of IPC in

Cr.No.125/2019 before the 9th ACMM, Bengaluru.

2. The brief facts of the prosecution case are as

follows:

That, on 29.08.2019 at about 5.00 p.m. within the

limits of Rajajinagar police station, accused No.1 to 12

having formed an unlawful assembly and in furtherance

of such unlawful assembly with a common object of

committing the murder of complainant Sathya called him

to Sri. Vinayaka Engineering work shop situated at

No.171, ground floor, 5th cross, 1st main, Prakash

Nagara, by that time accused No.1 to 4 picked up quarrel

with CW-1, abused him in filthy language alleging that

he is in close association with accused No.1’s daughter

Trisha, as such, accused No.1 hit on complainant’s right

hand with an iron rod, thereby caused grievous injury,

again hit on his left hand caused simple injuries,

thereafter accused No.1 to 4 threatened him with dire

consequence if they see him with said Trisha, accused

No.2 snatched his mobile phone asked him to come

after two days to collect the same.
