1. The instant application for suspension of sentence has been
moved on behalf of the applicant in the matter of judgment
dated 07.01.2021 passed by the learned Special Court,
POCSO Act, 2012, Ajmer in Sessions Case No. 33/2019
whereby he was convicted and sentenced to suffer maximum
imprisonment of ten years’ rigorous imprisonment along with
a fine of Rs.10,000/-, in default of payment of fine to further
undergo two months’ simple imprisonment, for the offences
under Section 377 IPC and Section 5(M)/6 of the Protection
of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, and further
sentenced to seven years’ rigorous imprisonment with a fine
of Rs.5,000/-, in default to further undergo one month’s

simple imprisonment, for the offence under Section 363 IPC,
and to one year’s rigorous imprisonment with a fine of
Rs.1,000/-, in default to further undergo fifteen days’ simple
imprisonment, for the offence under Section 342 IPC.
