This appeal challenges the order dated
28.03.2025 passed by the High Court of Judicature
at Patna in Criminal Miscellaneous No.13577 of
2025.
Apprehending arrest in connection with
Complaint Case No.1168/2023 filed before the
Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate Vaishali,
District Hajipur for the offences punishable
under Section 498A, 323, 379, 354, 504 and 506 of
the Indian Penal Code, 1860, and Section 3 and 4
of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, the appellant
preferred an application before the High Court
seeking anticipatory bail under Section 438 of
the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (“CrPC” for
short).
