1. By way of this application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya
Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 [“BNSS”], the applicant seeks regular
bail in connection with FIR No. 293/2025, dated 11.07.2025, under
Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station
Neb Sarai, Delhi.
