All these applications are filed under Section 482 of the

Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short, BNSS),

seeking pre-arrest bail.

2. The applicant in B.A. No.924/2026 is the accused

No.4 in Crime No.882/2025; the applicant in B.A. No.925/2026

is the accused No.3 in Crime No.1168/2025; the applicant in

B.A. No.929/2026 is the accused No.1 in Crime No.421/2025

and the applicant in B.A. No.931/2026 is the accused No.4 in

Crime No.1432/2024 of Vadakkancherry Police Station,

Palakkad District. The offences alleged in all the crimes are

punishable under Sections 406 and 420 read with Section 34 of

the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 read with Section 21,

Section 4 read with Section 22 and Section 5 read with Section

23 of the Banning of Unregulated Deposit Schemes Act, 2019

(BUDS Act).
