CrlM 2064/2025:

1. By this application, applicant herein is seeking permission of this Court
for placing on record order dated 26.05.2025 passed in CRM(M)
487/2022 in case titled “Sahil Ramzan Pathan Alias Showkat Ali Vs.
Rabiya Bashir and Anr.
“. The relevant portion of which is reproduced
herein below:

“Having regard to the medical examination report, it is
abundantly clear that the current mental status of the
petitioner is stable inasmuch as he is in a position to
understand the questions asked by the members of the
Board Committee and communicate his thoughts through
approximate answers. In such circumstances, instant
petition does not call for any interference.”

2. CrlM No. 2064/2025 is allowed and the order passed in CRM(M)
487/2022 in case titled “Sahil Ramzan Pathan Alias Showkat Ali Vs.
Rabiya Bashir and Anr.
” is taken on record.

3. CrlM 2064/2025 is disposed of.

4. In view of the above, Registry is directed to serve respondent No. 1 within
two weeks through concerned police station.

CrlM 117/2026:

5. By this application, applicant/respondent No. 5 is seeking permission of
this Court for placing on record the death certificates of respondent No. 2,
3 & 6.

6. For the reasons stated in the application, same is allowed and the death
certificates of respondent No. 2, 3 & 6 are taken on record.

7. Registry is directed to delete respondent No. 2, 3 & 6 from the memo of
parties and update the cause title accordingly.

8. CrlM 117/2026 is disposed of.

9. On asking of the Court, Ms. Shaila Shameem, Legal Aid Counsel is
directed to appear on behalf of respondent No. 4 & 5.

10.Ms. Shaila Shameem, learned counsel is directed to file reply on behalf of
respondent No. 4 & 5 within two weeks.

11.List the main on 03.04.2026.
