About the Book
This edited volume seeks to critically examine the evolving landscape of women’s rights, exploitation, gender justice, and legal protections in India.
The book aims to bring together scholars, researchers, legal professionals, and practitioners to explore constitutional guarantees, statutory frameworks, judicial responses, and emerging challenges affecting women in contemporary society. - Format: MS Word only. Times Roman- 1-inch margins
- Style: APA 7th Edition
- Originality: Chapters must be unpublished and plagiarism-free
- Cover Page: Author details, institutional affiliation, contact information, and chapter title
- Declaration: Signed Author’s Declaration Form is mandatory
- Publication Fee: ₹1500/- Indian authors/ $30 Foreign Nationals (Single author)
- DOI: Digital Object Identifier will be provided for each chapter
