Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned

APP for the State.

2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection

with Rahui P.S.Case No.325 of 2024 registered for the offence

under sections 147, 149, 447, 448, 341, 342, 323, 325, 337,

338, 354B, 379, 307 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The accused persons including the petitioners are

said to have assaulted the informant’s husband causing grievous

injuries.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the

petitioner that the petitioners are innocent and they have falsely

been implicated in this case. From the injury report, it appears

that the victim has suffered minor injuries. Therefore, the

petitioners, who are said to be the authors of the injuries are

granted anticipatory bail. The petitioners have clean antecedent.
