The complainant has filed the complaint under Section 200
of Criminal Procedure Code against the accused for the offence
punishable under Section 138 Negotiable Instruments Act.
2. The brief case of the complainant is as under:
That the complainant is a multidisciplinary continuum
care provider rendering healthcare services to acute, post acute
and chronically ill patients at critical care facilities and at
patients home. That on 31.10.2022, the accused admitted his
father Rama Murthy as an in-patient with In-patient ID
No.SP222423 in the complainants health care center. Following
the medical treatment, the patient was duly discharged on
10.04.2023. The total bill as per the records at the time of
discharge was Rs.9,14,395/-. Out of this the accused has paid
Rs.5,33,850/- and an outstanding balance of Rs.3,80,545/-
