1. By way of the present application, the applicant is seeking regular bail
in case arising out of FIR bearing no. 301/2023, registered at Police Station
Special Cell, Delhi, for the commission of offences punishable under
Sections 22/29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act,
1985 (hereafter ‘NDPS Act’).

2. Briefly stated, the facts of the present case are that on 20.12.2023, on
the basis of secret information, a joint raid was conducted near Janta Flats,
Shalimar Bagh, New Delhi. At about 3:25 PM, one Yogesh Tulsani was
apprehended while he was loading some plastic bags containing some
cartons in an auto-rickshaw bearing no. DLIRAA3635 which was driven by
