Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess:

• A Law Degree (LLB) from a recognised university.
• Recognition by the Bar Council of India.
• Candidates must also provide proof of law degree recognition.

Experience Requirement

Candidates must have:

• Minimum 3 years of practice as an advocate

The experience must be certified by:

• State Bar Council or
• Competent judicial authority

Age Limit

Age will be calculated as on 1 August 2025.

Relaxations:

Reserved categories: up to 40 years
