Heard learned counsel for the applicant/appellant and
learned counsel for the respondents.

By this application, the applicant seeks condonation of
delay of 58 days caused in filing the aforesaid writ appeal.

Having perused the application, we find that the
applicant/appellant has shown sufficient cause for condoning
the delay as stated aforesaid. Accordingly, the application is
allowed and delay of 58 days caused in filing the aforesaid writ
appeal, is condoned.

Application is accordingly disposed of.
