Applicant is in judicial custody in FIR/Case Crime No.

304 of 2024, under Section 3, 4, 5, 6 of the Immoral Traffic

(Prevention) Act, 1956 and Section 370 IPC, Police Station

Kashipur, District Udham Singh Nagar. He has sought his release

on bail.

2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the

record.

3. This is second bail application of the applicant. His

first bail application was dismissed on merits on 15.10.2024.

4. Having considered, this Court is of the view that

there is no new ground to enlarge the applicant on bail.

Accordingly, the second bail application of the applicant deserves

to be rejected.

5. The second bail application is rejected.
