Applicant is in judicial custody in FIR No. 332 of 2023,
under Sections 302, 120B, 201, 341, 506 IPC, Police Station
Bazpur, District Udham Singh Nagar. He has sought his release on
bail.
2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the
record.
3. This is second bail application of the applicant. His
first bail application was dismissed on merits on 20.02.2025.
4. Having considered, this Court is of the view that
there is no new ground to enlarge the applicant on bail.
Accordingly, the second bail application of the applicant deserves
to be rejected.
5. The second bail application is rejected.
