The Court : IA No. GA-COM/2/2024 is an application filed by
one Surya Kumar Pandey, praying for dismissal of the execution
proceeding and IA No. GA-COM/3/2024 filed by said Surya Kumar
Pandey, praying for recalling of the orders dated September 3, 2024 and
September 24, 2024.

Considering the nature of applications, IA No. GA-COM/2/2024
is taken up for consideration.
In Re: GA-COM/2/2024
Considering the nature of the application and the prayers made
therein, there is no scope for any interim order.
The respondent/decree holder shall file affidavit in opposition on
or before March 10, 2026.
Affidavit in reply, if any, thereto shall be filed by March 24,
2026.
The matter shall appear under the heading "Chamber
Application For Final Disposal" in the monthly list of April, 2026.
It is submitted that the applicant, namely, Surya Kumar Pandey
has already deposited a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- with the Registrar, Original
Side pursuant to the direction of this Court.
The decree which has been put into execution was for a sum of
Rs.5,51,000/- along with interest.
In view of the above, the decree holder shall not take any further
steps or coercive steps against the applicant, Surya Kumar Pandey
without leave of this Court.
