Heard Mr. I. Alam, learned counsel for the applicants and Mr. N.N.
Upadhyaya, learned counsel for the opposite party.

2. This interlocutory application, under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, is
preferred by the applicants for condoning the delay of 709 days in preferring the
connected regular second appeal, against the judgment and decree dated
17.08.2019, passed by the learned Civil Judge No. 2, Cachar at Silchar (first
appellate court hereinafter), in Title Appeal No. 12/2014, whereby the learned
first appellate court had varied the judgment and order dated 31.03.2014,
passed by the learned Munsiff No. 1, Cachar at Silchar (trial court hereinafter),
in Title Suit No. 39/2011.
