S.S. Mishra, J. The present Criminal Appeal, filed by the appellants
is directed against the judgment and order dated 21.03.1994 passed by
the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Balangir in Sessions Case
No.132/39 of 1993, whereby the accused-appellant No.1 has been
convicted U/s.376/366 of I.P.C. and other accused appellants U/s. 366
of the I.P.C. Accordingly, accused-appellant No.1 has been sentenced
to undergo R.I. for a period of 7 years for offence U/s.376 of I.P.C.
and further R.I. of 4 years for offence U/s.366 of I.P.C. The other
accused-appellants have been sentenced to R.I. for 4 years for offence
U/s.366 of I.P.C.
