2. The case of the plaintiff in brief is as
under:-
The plaintiff is engaged in the business of
manufacturing of premier construction materials.
Defendant had approached the plaintiff for supply
of construction materials for their project
Construction of PWD Bhavan and issued Purchase
Order No.PB-11-2022/SBPL/PO/06 dated 12-11-2022
for total value of Rs.12,78,648/-. The defendant
made advance payment of Rs.3,00,000/-. The
plaintiff also received oral orders on 16-01-2023
and 11-03-2023 from the defendant. Towards
supply materials under the purchase orders the
plaintiff raised the following invoices for respective
