It is represented by the learned counsel for the
petitioners that similar petition filed by the College of
the petitioners was posted on 20.02.2026 before the
regular Bench, but the matter had not reached for
hearing.
However, the learned Standing Counsel for the
respondent No.2 submitted that the matter had
reached and that in two other similar matters, interim
orders were also passed, but no order was passed in
the interlocutory petition seeking direction for issue of
hall tickets filed by the college of the petitioners
herein. She further stated that the required ratification
of the list of students admitted was not made to issue
hall tickets.
Therefore, the Registry is directed to seek the
permission of the concerned Bench holding the roster
to post the matter in House Motion on 22.02.2026.
