2. By way of this criminal misc. petition under Section 528 of
BNSS, the accused-petitioner has approached this Court with a
prayer to quash the FIR No.466/2023 registered at Police Station
Borkheda, District Kota City for offences punishable under
Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 & 34 of IPC along with subsequent
proceedings arising out of it.
