The accused in this case is tried for the offence
punishable under Section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act
1881, on the complaint of the complainant.
2. The brief facts of the complainant’s case is that:
The complainant Company is a private limited company having
its office at Bangalore and is carrying the steel business. The

complainant Company is a registered Company under the
Companies Act. The first accused is the Proprietary Concern
and the second of accused is its authorized signatory and
signatory of the cheque. They are running the business in the
name of Yashraj Industires Unit-II, the 2nd accused is the in-
charge of the day-to-day activities of the accused No.1.
