1. The petitioner has filed this bail application under Section

483 of BNSS in FIR No.169/2025 registered at Police Station

Kotra, District Udaipur for offence under Section 8/20 of NDPS Act.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned

Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner

has falsely been implicated in this case. He submits that in the

present matter, the petitioner is charged for having the conscious

possession of alleged contraband ganja plants weighing 26.250

kgs. Learned counsel submits that a bare perusal of the FIR

reveals that the alleged contraband was recovered from the open

fields, of which the petitioner and 3 other persons are joint

Khatedars.
