1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the
petitioner may be granted liberty to submit a representation in the
light of order dated 23.02.2024 passed by Division Bench of this
Court at Principal Seat, Jodhpur in D.B. Special Appeal (Writ)
No. 889/2022 (State of Rajasthan & Ors. Vs. Ashish Kumar)
as well as order dated 19.01.2026 passed by Coordinate Bench of
this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 770/2026 (Suresh
Kumar & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.)
2. In view of limited prayer made by learned counsel for
the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of by granting liberty to
