1. By virtue of the present petition under Article 226 of the
Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik
Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks issuance of a writ of
mandamus directing the petitioner to be released on parole for a period of
eight weeks; primarily to enable him to file a Special Leave Petition (SLP)
before the Hon’ble Supreme Court against the order dated 21.07.2025
passed by this Court in Criminal Appeal No.319/2025.
