            UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following

SLP (CIVIL) Nos. 21981 of 2025

As per office report, no counter affidavit has been filed

by respondent No.1 despite the grant of last opportunity.

However, it has been submitted by Ld. counsel for respondent

No.1 that counter affidavit has been filed today itself vide

D.No.20298/2026. Registry to verify and update the records.

If counter affidavit is found to have been filed, same be

taken on record, else further opportunity to file the same

would stand declined.

As per office report, no counter affidavit has been filed

by respondent No.3 despite the grant of four weeks’ time on

26-11-2025. However, it has been submitted by Ld. counsel for

respondent No.3 that counter affidavit has been filed today

itself vide e-filing No.20298/2026. Registry to verify and

update the records. If counter affidavit is found to have

been filed, let the same be taken on record else last

opportunity is granted to respondent No.3 to file counter
