1. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner
contending therein that her husband Late Shri Pratap Singh was
appointed as Community Health Officer under the provisions of the
Rajasthan Contractual Hiring to Civil Posts Rules, 2022 however,
while he was in service, unfortunately, he died on 11.06.2025
leaving the entire family in financial distress. Therefore, the
petitioner submitted an application for seeking compassionate

appointment under the Rajasthan Compassionate Appointment of
Dependents of Deceased Government Servants Service Rules,
