1. Since, the issue involved in all these writ petitions is

identical and similar, therefore, the writ petitions were heard

together and are being decided by this common order.

2. In these writ petitions, the petitioners prayed for a

direction against the respondents to post them near their home

towns in view of circular dated 18.07.2022 issued by Department

of Administrative Reforms and Coordination.

3. It is settled proposition of law that it is always within

the domain of the State Government to place its employees as per

the administrative requirement and no direction can be issued by

this Court to place a particular employee at a particular place.

4. Be that as it may, in case, the petitioners file any

representation seeking their transfer, same shall be considered

and decided by the respondents within a period of 60 days from

the date of receipt of representation of this order.

5. The petitions are disposed of accordingly.

6. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed

of.
