Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the
petitioner is in custody for almost seven months and is
similarly placed with the other accused persons who have
been granted bail.
Learned advocate for the State, on the other hand,
opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the present
petitioner is not similarly situated as the other accused
persons who have been granted bail. According to the
learned advocate, it is the petitioner who was involved in
trafficking the girls from Assam to Eco Park, West Bengal.
Learned advocate for the defacto-complainant is
