Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned

2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the
offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 342,
427, 435, 436, 440, 504, 506, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code,
Section 3, 4 of the Explosive Substantive Act and Sections 13,
16, 18, 19, 20, 38 of the UAP Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the informant was
attacked by Naxalites and its guards were taken hostage at the
gun point and they were also assaulted.
