Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the
learned APP for the State.
2. This is the 2nd attempt of the petitioner. The
petitioner seeks bail in connection with Roshanganj P.S. Case
No. 33 of 2014 registered for the offence under Sections 147,
148, 149, 120B, 121A, 122, 124A, 307, 353 of the Indian Penal
Code, Sections 3, 4 and 5 of the Indian Explosive Act, Sections
13, 16, 18 & 20 of the UAP Act and Section 17 of the CLA Act.
3. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was
rejected on 22.01.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 74762 of 2024 which
reads as follows:-
