This is a claim petition U/Sec.166 of MV Act claiming
compensation of Rs.15,00,000/- with interest for the
injuries suffered by the petitioner in the Motor Vehicle
Accident occurred on 06.09.2021.

2. The averments of the petition in brief is as
follows:
On 06.09.2021 at about 3.00 p.m. the petitioner
was a pedestrian on Chikkahale and Jakanahalli village
road, at that time, rider of the Motor cycle bearing Engine
No. HA11EYM5G51918 and Chasis No.
MBLHAW120M5G03125 came from Shettihalli towards
Chikkahale by riding the same at a high speed, in a rash
or negligent manner and dashed against the petitioner and
caused the accident. Due to the said impact, the petitioner
fell down and sustained injuries all over the body.
