02. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid
Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

2. Since the appellant has already filed the
cheque of Rs.25,000/- towards the statutory deposit,
the cheque amount be invested in the name of
Registrar (Judicial) in any Nationalized Bank by
opening an interest bearing account renewable from
time to time. Accordingly, I.A. No. 1773 of 2025
stands disposed of.

3. Learned counsel for the appellant submits
that the deficit Court fee has already been paid.
Accordingly, the I.A. No. 1772 of 2025 stands
disposed of. Since Mr. Dipti Ranjan Bhokta, learned
counsel has already appeared for R-1 to 2, a copy of
brief be supplied to him.
