Milbank LLP Transportation and Space partner Dara Panahy moderated the “Reaching New Heights with Inflight Connectivity” panel at CES, the premier consumer electronics show, on January 7, 2026 in Las Vegas.
The panel, which included speakers from Air France, SpaceX, Viasat and Panasonic Avionics, discussed inflight Wi-Fi, including multi-orbit networks, NGSO capacity and smarter cabins, in light of the surge in connected aircraft.
As head of Milbank’s Space Business practice globally, Mr. Panahy focuses on the representation of satellite and space infrastructure operators, aerospace manufacturers, launch services providers, communications companies, banks, private equity firms and hedge funds in debt and equity offerings, project, structured and vendor financings, mergers & acquisitions, financial restructurings and negotiating commercial contracts.
