Notice in the aforesaid terms.
It is contended by the learned counsel for the
petitioner that he had approached this Court by filing CWP
No.12386 of 2024 and the same was disposed of vide order dated
06.11.2024 (Annexure P-8), whereby, the authorities were
directed to decide the representation of the present petitioner
expeditiously, preferably within a period of three weeks’ from
06.11.2024. In pursuance to the direction of this Court in the said
writ petition, the Deputy Commissioner, Solan, District Solan H.P.,
vide its order dated 06.11.2025 (Annexure P-9) appended along
with the petition, the present petitioner was allotted the work,

and the same is stipulated at serial No.7 of the table drawn in the

order, which was enhanced.
It is further submitted that now the same officer
has passed the impugned order dated 02.02.2026 (Annexure P-
10) without issuing any show cause notice or without hearing the

present petitioner.
The applicant has made out a prima facie case in

his favour. Resultantly, till the next date of hearing, the order
dated 02.02.2026 (Annexure P-10) is ordered to be kept in
abeyance.
