2. In filing this I.A, the Petitioner has prayed for modification
of the order dated 13.08.2025 passed in W.P.(C) No.22326 of
2025.

4. Considering the submissions made on behalf of the
Petitioner and looking to the averments made in this I.A.,
this Court while recalling the order dated 13.08.2025 passed
