Following the order dated 21.07.2025 passed in SLP(C)
Diary No.31452/2025 (Bhupinder Singh and Ors. vs. State of
Haryana and Ors.), we dismiss this Special Leave Petition
also on the grounds of delay and laches in approaching the
High Court.
For ease of reference, the aforesaid order dated
21.07.2025 is extracted as under:
“Delay condoned.
The notification under Section 4 of the Land
Acquisition Act, 1894 was issued on 28.02.2006 and
after Section 5A inquiry, the declaration under
Section 6 was issued on 27.02.2007. The writ petitions
are filed in the year 2019 which have been dismissed
on the ground of delay and laches.
