Eligibility
- Law graduates enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
- Prior litigation experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple matters simultaneously.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assisting in litigation matters before various courts and tribunals.
- Conducting legal research and preparing briefs, pleadings, and case notes.
- Coordinating with clients, witnesses, and other stakeholders.
- Attending court proceedings and assisting senior counsel.
