This is the complaint instituted by the complainant
against the accused under Section 200 of Cr.P.C. for the offence
punishable under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act-
1881.

2. The Case of the complainant as per complaint
averments is as follows:
The complainant is a company registered under the
companies Act, 1956 and in the course of its financial services
had introduced vehicle finance under loan cum hire purchase
scheme for the benefits of its customers. The accused No.2
being an authorized signatory of the accused No.1 firm,
approached the complainant company and availed vehicle loan
of Rs.5,13,000/-, Rs.11,75,000/- 6,45,000/- and Rs.9,50,000/- on
27.04.2022, 30.04.2022, 04.05.2022 and 22.08.2022 by
executing loan agreements and the accused purchased the
