This writ petition is directed against the order dated
24.05.2006 passed by the disciplinary authority-the Director
Secondary Education, Rajasthan, Bikaner whereby, the petitioner
was punished with the penalty of stoppage of one grade increment
without cumulative effect, the order dated 30.11.2006 passed by
the appellate authority dismissing the appeal preferred
thereagainst and the order dated 05.05.2010 dismissing the
review petition preferred by the petitioner.
